  • Self-Configuring Equipment. Self-configuring equipment deploys in minutes instead of hours or days. Simply plug the equipment into a live Ethernet connection and in less than three minutes, it is ready for use.

  • Real-Time Management from Anywhere. With cloud management, the network can be monitored and administered in real time through the Internet. Onsite or remote administrators have visibility into their own hardware, the network itself and connected devices. Admins can adjust security settings, add and remove individual users, make firmware updates, change equipment configurations, view graphical reports and much more.

  • Enhanced Security with Patented IDA. Patented, two-factor Individual Device Authentication (IDA) technology enables administrators to identify and secure each connected device on individually. In addition to the extra security it provides, IDA enables administrators to quickly add and remove specific users without having to change network security keys (a common challenge). With IDA, administrators always know who is on their network and what their activity levels are.
  • Visitor-Based Hotspot. CloudCommand Instant Hotspot creates a separate and secure network for guests. Admins can limit user access by time, bandwidth, usage charges or any combination. Access tokens can be distributed by SMS, and a simplified front-desk interface makes it simple for non-technical staff to support connecting users. A scheduler automatically turns the network on/off. Optional pay-to-use plans and built-in credit-card processing provide a seamless way to generate revenue.

  • One Network across Multiple Locations. A single network can span multiple locations across any geographic range. Or, multiple independent networks can exist through one administrative account. All are managed in real time through one easy-to-use interface.

  • Real-Time Visibility with Alerts & Reporting. Real-time alerts delivered through SMS/email notify administrators whenever an issue arises. Graphical reports, event logs, traffic data and user connectivity data provide enterprise-level visibility.
